It could race in the fsra classic class,or....you could put a 350 back in it and race it in the fsra 350 class, which race in the same races as the fsra classic class.

Put a TZ350 in it, and you will not look back. Fit in a heavy motor and it wont handle.

Spot on Eddy - I don't remember your results with that bike - but I certainly remember Paul Iwanski having a lot of success with it - I hadn't realised it was Paul's old bike until Ian mentioned it on this thread....

Eddy, that was a superb outfit, remember it well,Paul Iwanski was unbeatable onit,i had Dave Arches windle way back in 88,that also was one of the first, wonder where that went ? i sold it to dave Searle, lets hope the new owners put the right engine in it ?(350) would be a shame to spoil her

SACRILEGE !!

I was at the Hartland hillclimb yesterday and the word is that it is being butchered to have a supercharged Suzuki GS500 twin motor installed!!!!!?????? :o  :?

UNBELIEVABLE!!

Does that apply to 600 engines as well then ?

Looks that way, Alan. Seems like it's going to spend the rest of its' life trundling up hillclimbs with a GS500 in it.

When questioned about the choice of engine; the reply was, allegedly - "Because they're cheap!"

It breaks my heart to see an outfit, such as this, butchered in this way. It's got some real pedigree.
There ought to be a law against it!

You really couldn't make this up.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry! :x

It's their bike. If I wanted to put a Harley in it and 6 bend pull backs - go on, imagine that :P is entirely up to them ;)
