This is a hard one. I would think having had the pleasure of racing against both of them. It is nice to have Dave/Des joining the front runners, but I think Colins/Ians lap at Cadwell was outstanding. Most f2 runners would be happy with that sort of time. So I must say in my opinion Colin/Ian.

I think most improved would be Dave/Des as Colin/Ian were quick straight out of the box!
Having said that, there's lots of improving going on throughout the field.

True Simon, there are a few teams throughout the field who have really improved this season. Its not just about the front runners.
Clint and Ben have really improved this season and has some good results from the back of the grid at Cadwell. Its alot harder starting from the back and getting into the top 5/6 , thn it is starting from the top three rows. The two Daves on there P2 BMW have been riding well this year, having some great battles with den and christene. I think the level of racing in crmc this year has come on leaps and bounds , with a groupo of 4/5 always battleing mid field.
Both Colin/Ian and Dave/Des have been riding mega all season, Its a tough one.

Don't forget the Roeburys they've been quick all season and are spectacular to watch. It's been a pleasure to be part of it.
Buddha.

Dave & Des have been fantastic this year. However, not that I am biased BUT Clint has only been racing sidecars for two full seasons and his and Bens results have been brilliant this year. Both Dave and Des & Clint and Ben would be my two candidates

Must admit Clint / Ben where giving it a good go at Cadwell

Battling with Matt /Alan
The middle pack were swapping places every corner

Glad to see to see Team Triplebrew in the mix
Those of you fed up with F2 get a classic (or rep

) Rod /Geoff both had big smiles on their faces at Cadwell, come and enjoy the atmosphere / racing with proper sidecar people
No tape round awnings

You can look at the bikes

And talk to people
CLASSICS are the future

I was talking to my bike in the workshop the other day - how can we make you go faster I said - the reply "change the rider"! I tell you Ed don't waste your time - these bikes know nothing!!!

Before we go off topic alltogether with the strange conversations some of you have I reckon it's got to be Colin & Ian due to the over all commitment shown. Colin usually has a round trip of over a 1000 miles to every meeting & their crash at the 1st meeting would have been enough to put a lot of people off. Thereafter I think I'm right in saying that breakdowns aside they finished every race on the rostrum & this is Colin's 1st full season .
Just to add well done to everyone out there, it's certainly been the best racing I have seen this year .
