Nev was one of the old school 'Ireson' TZ 750 racers of the late 80/early 90's, he was from the Buckingham area, in fact he lived pretty close to Leatherslade Farm where the Great Train Robbers were held up till they were nabbed.....

I was supposed to passenger for Nev at various Belgian circuits for the 91 season but never got the chance through an injury I gained early that same season at Cadwell Park.


The last time I saw Nev was on a poor handling Ireson exiting the woods at Gedinne of the same year.....


Has anyone seen him since ?

Saw Nev a couple of years ago at snetterton. He lives up that way now & is still interested in the game. Real old school gent.

Last time I saw Nev was also at Snetterton,he often goes there with his son.

He was living either at Bungay or Beccles I can't remember which,his parents lived at Southwold but his dad John died a few years ago,he used to go to all the Belgium meetings with Nev

Hi yer Fritz Wendy is right i live near Beccles in Suffolk .I go to most Snetterton meetings sas i am still very interested in it all. I might see you soon .

Nice one Nev, why not come to the Sidecar Festival and catch up with many more names and faces from the recent past.
