What steering damper should I run on the LCR?

I wouldn't bother running one. I couldn't tell the difference between having one and not. Apart from when I did have one on and it locked up on me in the paddock!!
These F1's are a tad bit longer!!!

I've always considered steering dampers something people fit to disguise bad handling rather than fixing the problem
Hasn't ever been one on the LCR I passenger
The short bike I rode a few times improved out of sight when we took the one that was fitted off it
