I need to get a pair of megaphones made for the Harley to comply with the Noise Police any ideas please

I think Richard Pouwels uses two speedway silencers on his, that seems to work well.

Having noise tested the sidecars for the last couple of years - the twins really struggle to pass the test - in my view the only way to get megaphones through a test is not to start the engine!

I'm not an acoustic engineer, however, I think you're going down the road of expense and disappointment. You need to speak to Richard Moore of Moorespeed - he has spent time, effort and money trying to get the BMW's under the limit.
