Team Eddys F2 for sale!!!
I think we all know this bike and have seen it at the track and on plenty of TT video clips with Dougie Wright and Martin Hull, so I don't think it needs much of an introduction.
Year: 2000 chassis (lovingly built by Tony Baker initially for Mike Crawford)
Fairing's: DMR fairing but also a spare Baker fairing as an alternative
Engines: 2003-06 Honda RR (chassis designed to accommodate 900cc Fireblade engines as well)
Bike comes with:
- 2 engines put together by Keith Whiting
- an amazing dry sump system fitted by Lumley Engineering
- HRC wiring harness with an auto-tune fitted
- 10 wheels all with great rubber on
- an abundance of good spare tyres
- all the sprockets and spare parts you could ever imagine
- quick release front wheel
- new bearings fitted and new discs all around for the IOM TT
- possibly the most comfy seat you will ever sit in
- brand new under-tray fitted by Jason Miller
- fitted with oil cooler and electric water pump
This bike has finished in the top 10 at TT every year we have rode it and in the top 5 for the last 2 years. It has won many races and claimed a victory at FSRA British Championship level.
We are very sad to let this bike go as it means so much to us but we are moving on to a newer bike with 2012 engines for the purpose of TT and can't see the point in having two bikes.
For anyone interested in racing on the island, this is a great opportunity for you, or anyone that just wants a fantastic track bike.
Price is 13,000 of your finest English pounds (we will also accept Spanish Doubloons)
*We are also selling another engine separately. This engine again is tuned by Keith Whiting and asking 2000 pounds. This may seem like a lot however the basic engine cost was 1200 from Mal Kurning and 1650 of time and parts was put into it. The engine was taken to TT this year but never used, and still sat in a crate waiting to be run in.
