Looks like the newcomers weekend in Feb is OFF... with the proviso there may be one in April. Further details as it becomes clearer. There are still the discounted fares for anyone coming across and I will still try to find you accommodation.

Noooooooooo, this is the only thing keeping me going through a depressing January...

Don't panic... you can still come, but I'm not sure if/when you would get recompensed for fares, and it will be cobbled together rather than the sleek, professional thing it has been recently! I am hoping to get some sponsorship and do something with borrowed cars / minibuses, home made soup and people offering accommodation. There is also a possibility of a fully funded weekend in April... April is good in many ways... better light, longer day, good (?) weather, but it is difficult to find a date which suits everyone, as the racing season has started.
