Howdy folks.

"Young" Steve English has been kind enough to grant us a fortnightly space to keep our members up to date with the latest news.
Registrations are coming in as are entries. We have some new delegates who are co operating well with each other.
They have individual and common spreadsheets

The registration fee is the same as last year £50 or 60euros for the full series, and priority for any round, or £25 or 30 euros for three
or less events. Any surplus funds will be distributed to the crews at the seasons end.We want to make races not money.

I I have a few questions to ask you folk.
1. Would you prefer small trophies for each round or substantial ones at the seasons end.
2. Shall we have the prize giving at Gedinne as last year or a party later ? There have been comments regarding alcohol the night before a race,
also crews may be working on their bikes [there is a certain Belgian sidecar couple who run a fantastic and suitable restaurant]

Your comments please

Several people have commented on the lack of news regarding our finances as it is six months since the last race. I can assure you that Julie
our treasurer [and juans passenger] has the utmost integrity and honesty. However we are working on a scheme where every member will be
able to log on and peruse the bank statements.
List of delegate including France and Germany to be detailed shortly.

Me again lads and lasses. Some more news.

We have been very lucky to enlist the help of Marion Carnall, the much respected secretary of the NORTH GLOUCESTER CLUB for so many years. What Marion doesnt know about running race meetings no one else does. She will act as a delegate for now alongside Jimmy Mann the WOODS CUBED team manager who is also a delegate.

Sponsorship. DAVE GRISTWOOD [Woods Cubed] has agreed a sponsorship package for this season.
We also have a Multi National sponsor making a decision this week.

The registration forms have been simplified, and only need the new bank account details before sending out

The complete delegate list will be shown including Germany shortly. It does not matter which delegate you register via as our records will be updated centrally on a daily basis.

Remember first come first served with the entries. The grids will soon fill up. Those who did all rounds in 2013 plus the full payment crews will have priority.
All delegates will have all entry forms as soon as they are available

Hi Eddy
Good question as I would expect from yourself. All that information is available from the Delegate you choose to use.
Any problems just let me know Eddy. Thank you.

Thank you again Eddy super driver, you of course are right, so, thinking about the easiest way to handle the Registration forms has lead me to make a few changes.

I am very pleased to announce that our good friend Marion Carnall has agreed to act as Secretary to the Camathias Cup. This now gives us one central point to handle all registrations.

Re payment, as a few of you good people have brought it to my attention that sending cheques can be difficult, all payments will be made directly to the Camathias Cup account, details of which will be added to the registration form by our Treasure Jim Man when he gets back tomorrow.

Yours Racing
Dick

Sorry again for the delay folks, we are STILL waiting for the bank to let us have our account details but apparently it takes two weeks for them to send a signed form between two branches !!!!!
