BHR BEARS sidecar taster day, Mallory Park, Friday 27th March 2015.
Are you interested in starting sidecar racing, but unwilling to invest shed-loads of money only to discover that you hate it? Why not come along to the taster sessions being held at the BHR test day, 27th March at Mallory Park. There will be the opportunity for prospective passengers and drivers to have a go on the circuit, as well as to experience scrutineering and signing on. You should be able to get 2 sessions in during the day and there will be experienced drivers and passengers there to give help and advice.
You will need:
1. An ACU licence OR a current, full driving licence in order to sign on.
2. One-piece leathers without tears or holes.
3. An undamaged, well-fitting helmet with a gold ACU sticker.
4. Boots without holes and with intact soles.
5. Well-fitting gloves without holes or tears.
If you are interested, contact David Sykes on 01162 876119 to get more information and to register. On the day look out for the Sidecar Radio truck in the paddock, Tony Banister and Adam Pope will be co-ordinating things.
It should be great fun, below is a picture of the gang from last year's day at Cadwell Park.
