Some riders are marked " *Qualified Status May Change". What does this mean?

I think that could be right, Ken. There's a star by Jim Noble's name, which is why I was wondering what it meant; he's definitely been before. Probably just an error.

The last "star" on the right signification is that they are not yet qualified !
The other "stars" are about Newcomers.

As last year, 120% of the overall practice time of the third one.
At the moment, around 23'50"
