I think you'll find that the driver is no other than "Valley-Tiny Waltrossi" and those leathers are the latest Dainese safety ones.
The Moto-GP ones only inflate around the neck and collar-bone area, but with the advent of more and more pelvic and mid-riff injuries, they have created a new set that inflate in those areas too.
I'm afraid in this picture of an early test, they have inflated before the crash has happened though!
