Val de Vienne testing - HELP!

Does anyone know who/how to contact to book testing in March? Eckhardt gave SlowPhil a number (0049 6196 45417) and website (
www.carlos-trainingslager.de) but neither he nor I can get anywhere with getting in touch. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
