The Place

We have some difficulties to fill in the application form this year.

Is it because :

1/ Froggies are stupid

2/ there is the same problem on the other side of the Channel

(strike out inapplicable part, the number One)

We stupid Aussies had lots of issues too!
We contacted Sophie by email and she did a great job of working with the HelpDesk to help us sort out the issues we had. Sophie managed to get our entry to a state where our entry is now submitted. There are still a couple of small issues outstanding but these can be sorted later!

It's quite right that Sophie does a lot of good work to decrease the gaps of the IT service.
