Anybody else been suffering?

three weeks now Daph. Cycling yesterday seems to have cleared it out a bit.

This was the New Year's Day out with the London Brompton Club. Not many of us, it's that time of year when cycling doesn't appeal to everyone.

We had a good ride out though and both my bikes got a run, my friend Will has been borrowing Bessie so he brought her along while I took the new one Bertie for his first proper ride.

Haven't got the strength to put my foot on the bike peddle yet Steve your outing looked good fun

I've got bird flu too Daph went down with it on New Years' Eve!

Sorry to hear that Ali it's the debilitating cough that's getting me knackered,food tastes like cardboard!!

So does mine.. but oddly only when I cook When Deb does it's fine

I still have a cough,but feeling more positive that I'm going to live a bit longer. What a horrible virus!!
