Filming opportunity?

This is a follow up to something that was touted ages ago. Sounds like it hasn't fallen into the ether yet..

Happy New Year ! I hope you are enjoying the season.
My name is Rosanna Ng, a film producer from Hong Kong. Did you remember Iris Auyeung who contacted you last May ? She was our line producer & she said you’re very helpful & gave her info of racing sidecar. Unfortunately she is no longer with us so I would like to contact you directly. May I know which area of UK are you staying ?
We’re going to shoot a Chinese film in Budapest this summer, it’s an action movie & our director would very much like to shoot a chasing scene with 3 racing sidecars. Our Hungarian production team could only find us an Austrian team who speaks German, that’s pretty hard to communicate for our research.
Here are few questions that we’d like to seek for your kind advise :
1. Do you know if there’s any Hungarian sidecar team who are still active in this field ?
2. We were told that the track condition for sidecar is quite demanding, but Iris said according to your expertise, it’s possible for sidecars to drive along country road. We need to find an advisor to guide us before we choose the locations, hopefully in or near Budapest.
3. Will there be any sidecar events or competition in these 2 months around Europe so we can meet some team members & consult further ?
4. Is it a “ MUST “ for the sidecar driver & passenger to wear a helmet ? Do you think there’s any exemption for filming purpose ?
