I knew of two, one Glyn Jones had until very recently which I think was the one Stuart Hall had but not sure. Was that the same one Boddice Jnr had?

That's the long outfit I remember Derek Jones riding Ian, think they experimented with some kind of 'aerofoil' type of streamlining over the back end, looked superb at the time !

Re: Ireson lwb Outfits
I think there were only 2.
Trevor had one himself & the other may have gone to Geoff Cornes? then Boddice, Stu Hall, Andy Percy, & at sometime Dick Hawes.
Dick may have owned both along the line.
It was known as "TITS".........Trevor Ireson Threewheeled Special.

Re: Ireson lwb Outfits
But is that not an LCR outfit with the fairing they designed together in a wind tunnel ?

Re: Ireson lwb Outfits
Geoff, you are 100% correct.
The outfit was an LCR chassis with the fairing developed by Trevor & Derek.
I've just been back through some Motocourse books I've got & it was the 1982 GP season.
Trevor was still riding his short tubular chassis in the GP's with Donny on the chair & still beating a load of LCR long one's

That would have been Eric Cornes I am sure, now resident in Tenerife. His son came for a chat with me recently at Donington where he delivered Eric's regards to me.
Anyhow since 1957

I am led to believe that Trevors had purple rivets, the other silver.

Glyn Jones had one up untill recently and the other is sitting in Eddie Kiffs garage. Wally Saunders knows the full history of them both.
