Main: A = Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Red Wine
& Thyme Sauce
B = Supreme of Chicken filled with Ham and Cheese with
White Wine & Wild Mushroom Sauce
C = Lincolnshire Pork Loin Steak with Apple, Sage and Cider Sauce
