especially for Welsh Daph because she likes this cut and for Mr E because who knew a lighthouse can help locate a dangerous bar? :mrgreen:

Coquille River Lighthouse, Bandon, Oregon, USA

commissioned in 1896, guided mariners to find the dangerous bar at the mouth of the Coquille. The lighthouse was built on or near Rackleff Rock, a rocky obstacle in the channel.
