2020 Superside calendar

FIM Communications

The FIM has reached an agreement with Santander to collaborate on the promotion of the FIM Sidecar World Championship. The official contract will be signed soon.

Today, FIM and Santander are pleased to announce the 2020 provisional calendar.

2020 Calendar

18-19 April Le Mans (France, FFM)
16-17 May Lausitzring (Germany, DMSB)
27-28 June Pannoniaring (Hungary, MAMS)
TBA* TBC* Great Britain (ACU)
29-30 August Rijeka (Croatia, HMS)
17-20 September Assen (The Netherlands, KMNV)
03-04 October Oschersleben (Germany, DMSB)
24-25 October Estoril (Portugal, FMP)

I think so. I can't see any racing for ages yet. It needs all countries out of lockdown so competitors can travel. We are all at different stages now.

It could have been a «good» year, seen from France … as a pun.

2020, in English, is Twenty-Twenty, or Two Thousand and Twenty, or …

In French, it’s «Deux Mille Vingt» or «Vingt-Vingt» as «Deux Mille Vins» (2000 Wines) or «Vin-Vin» (Wine-Wine).

It started as well as possible !

Surely better to delay "as long as it takes" than risk the need to return to another "Lockdown" later ?
See journo's asking about exit strategy every day - they just don't seem to grasp the reality of "as long as it takes"
