Hello everyone, I'm new to the Forum, introduced by Les Saunders. This is probably one for the grey-beards. I have a 1998 R1 and the gear cluster needs to be replaced. Happy to buy the cluster or equally happy to buy a blown engine and dig out the cluster. I am told in spite of the change in 2000 from Carbs to Injection, the crankcases (and Gears) remained the same until 2003. Any help/leads would be gratefully received. BTW if anyone gets the VMCC mag, I'm the guy on this month's outside cover on my Race replica 400 Super Dream.
