Tz 350 engine wanted

As it says,i am looking for Tz350 engine to put in a friends solo.Thanks.
how much you looking to pay?. I think a bloke I used to know has a couple of G's not 100% sure. No idea what state they are in but I would guess they will need a full re-build. I have no idea of the going rate so wouldn't want to upset him by offering a stupid price.let me know and I'll go knocking.
