Well done to everyone at Lydden this weekend, was some good racing. Shame the numbers depleted as the weekend went on, but these things are sent to try us :D

4 wins was it Jan? Looked good from where we were 8)

And a big well done to Cameron Scott :p staying on all weekend in his first meeting :D

Just downloading a load of pics now.
Rusty said he'll put a link on here once theirs are ready too.

Well done Jan Herbert and Karen Randall - can't believe how fast you went into Pilgrims  8)

in the final sidecar race today, the bike chasing Jan had a real moment - so nearly ran out of track :megaeek:   :megaeek: :megaeek: :megaeek: (we think Damien Perilleux - numbers on the sidecars weren't always the same as those in the program ;) )

the racing was close and great to watch (solos were awesome too) 8)

Fantastic commentary - Allan Robinson at the helm - you knew exactly what was going on (when you could hear him :D)

bad luck to Team Hamish / Moses, better luck next time :raspberry:

and also to SpecialBrew, who I don't think managed to race this weekend either :smt090:

Fantabulous weekend's racing again

Well done Jan & Karen, We would have loved to have been able to race with you... Dont think theres a chance in hell of us catching up points now :( :( :( :(

Well done Bill Hodgkins and Scott (the ole Norton sounded a treat after a Saturday evening engine change to a borrowed one !)....... First Sunday sidecar was best race of the day, with a gaggle of outfits mid pack (Dennis & Christine Etheridge, Ian on the Imp, BMW 16" wheeler plus a couple of others) that must have changed positions 15 - 20 times..... GREAT TO WATCH a REAL CLOSE "Scratchers" RACE .....

Well run meeting as per usual...

Was a great weekend but sadly we spent it marshaling. Never even made practice! Started the bike up before the practice session and had a horrible rattle. Suspecting a broken cam follower? Time will tell.

PS Well done Scott. Hope you enjoyed it.

PPS Well done Jan and Karen. That Imp flies!
