BLR monocoque chassis
Anyone got any info on them or what they were like ?

Benny Lyson Racing, a Danish driver who made a few chassis 'very similar' to the early LCR's. Clive Stirrat and Judd Drew both had these chassis if I recall correctly.

Rodders is right
I been passenger on a few of them back in the eighties.
They where heavier than an LCR and also a little steadier
I dont think that any where made after -89 but I can be wrong.
Last one I now riding one was Jesper Johansen (DK) in the dutch series.
And its Benny Lysén

Dont now the amount, guess max 10
there where some chassies made in Finland in the same era and they looked simular
so maybe that made me remember that they where more of them.
Did at least on complete season with Peter Warfinge on an BLR and can only remeber some
rivets for a enginebracket that came lose. so in my mind they where good back then

i think anthony haxell still campains on with dp pete minion would know brian jones had 1 for years, he might still have it not seen him for ages

used to passenger on one with Kris Hibberd thought it was a great bike,Quite strong Kris used to TEST it quite regular

I passengered T Haxell on it,seemed ok,went straight,and went left and right too

khris hibberds bike wasnt a blr chassis it was a march one off chassis only 2 of them have ever been made and we own one,we bought it from chris 2 years ago.very good bike

oh,my mistake mate.has big andy been out much,had some good laughs with him,crazy rider to.i got on with him at the celtic match races in northen ireland a couple of years ago......sh*t myself
