At the risk of repeating myself and others: If you don't know who the reps are, join the FSRA. That way you can make a difference to your sport.

Or......sit outside and snipe.

You have a choice.
So how long have I had these voices in my head, I hear you ask?

i agree Geoff, join the FSRA and make things change...........better get my form sent off

funny you should ask the questions about the FSRA ian, I was just thinking that on my way to work. As I understand it the FSRA is a club made up of its memebers with an elected committee who's function is to run the club and represent those members.clearly they need to make some decisions at meetings that the members don't need to know about. but something like this needs to be done at the AGM or an EGM and with members input. IMHO.

And to answer any doubters yes i'd be happy to joint he committee and do my part.

Steve, from my point of view, I would be happy enough paying the registration deposit (bond :D ) if a. it had been discussed and agreed at the AGM or around the end of last season and then only if b. we knew what the benifts were and those benifits where sufficient

If £300 was to give us £500 in prize money and reduced entries who wouldn't want to pay.

Having spoken to a few teams it's clear people aren't happy with the way its been sprung on us so late in the day.

I suggest it is dropped for this year and discussed at the AGM and if the members agree to the proposed bond and benifits then bring it in next year.

I'm with you John, what you suggest seems very reasonable to me. Lets have a proper discussion and then make a informed decision.

sorry to join the thread so late but as the snail mail always lives up to its name are we as a group sending the cash today or collectively abstaining to argue our point over lack of notice and justifictaion.
Personally, would have liked to have budgeted it into my year, and bought a few less "Bells and whistles" for the outfit.
Run out of cranks so switched to diesel R6!

On the grounds that I think it is unfair to hit us with this so late in the day and that we don't appear to be getting anything for our money we won't be paying.

I don't want to comment on anyone else in particular but I would guess at an 80/20 split. 80% against.

To inform riders that the FSRA F350 and Post Classic reps will be holding a meeting with those present at Cadwell at the weekend.
