Dave Kruse & "Ginger Rawlings" raced a John Rae chassis Triumph Weslake in the early 70's, at Aintree they were unbeatable.
John was from Birkenhead, Wirral, the other pair were welsh buggers.
John built them a tubular outfit with parallelogram rear suspension & hub centre front suspension with a Barton Pheonix engine, & a John Swindlehurst fairing.
They all fell out so that was the end of it. Dave & ginger retired, John moved on with Chris Williams riding one of John's bikes then Dessie Founds.
Dave Kruse came back in the mid 90's riding an F2 before he went F1.
