If she's early we'll all know what you've been doing every night now Matt, while poor Shaun is busy studying his notes you've been inducing the wife I agree with Coxy, only once will that baby be born but there will always be another TT, get tweaking mate.
thanks guys.....am really in a hard position at the second...if i dont do the tt this year i may not be able to afford it again or be in the same position i am to do it .......my wife is now very concerned as she wants me to do the tt this year also, but both of us do not want to be far from each other as im sure you both know....both the tt and having babies are risky but we are well aware of this....we are now after some help from either nobles(eg for them to look sypatheticly for us) or from a fundrasing(or a sponsor) for the event that nicky has the baby and we have to pay...we still have no reply on the cost for just a delivery at the hospital.......nicky has no problems with the baby and she has delivered 3 other babies without any other issues too........whatch this space............................many thanks to helen gibson so far for all her extra help....
nice idea andy but that would mean having the midwife for several weeks and then there is no garantee that the baby will come till after the tt.....we still are after knowing the cost to just deliver the baby...my wife has no history delivering and all her stats at the moment are perfect and the baby is spot on.......
I think the problem is that there is no predicting what will happen. They can't say "It will be £zx", because they don't know how long you will need the room/the midwife, or if you will need extras like gas/surgical intervention, so there may not be a standard delivery cost. Just as an experiment.. check with a local private clinic where you are... might give us an idea.
Eddy when we went to Australia earlier in the year, Four Counties Insurance , covered us and Graham while he was racing, and we also took out a yearly holiday insurance policy , which also included us being insured while we are in pit lane for the season, if you ring ask for Mark George, he dealt with us , and he is also a Classic Racer.
When the wind blows ,we shall have snow! Hope not ,
Thank you. I will contact them. Does anybody know the claim limit on medical cover included in the insurance provided by the ACU ? to cover treatment on the Isle of Man ?
I think your insurance for the racing is pretty much however much it takes. Things were changed when the American lad needed flying home and there was then no cover. Foreign riders now pay a separate premium unless they have insurance themselves for repatriation.
many thanks for the asking ...wifes hot fat and fed up...but i think in good spirits.....we are all hping for a tt babe(especially the lady from castletown!!!!!)....will keep all imformed....
