i saw it at brands in the early 90's and i think it failed scrutineering because it was too low, it did'nt race but did go round on its own

i remember that from behind you saw the drivers soles of his boots as the pedals were right against the rearmost edge of the bike, it didnt look a nice thing to have a crash in
