I hear what your saying. They would only be bought to be added to a collection, NOT to be sold on or made money from. These are very respected trophies, THE MOST respected trophy that can be raced for. Some people have their own reasons for selling them, hey, some people even give them away cos they know they are going to a good home!!! (you know who you are and a huge massive thank you).
Our collection consists of trophies and medals where between them there is over 30 TT wins..... and we only have 5 so far!!

Now we have joined here, if anyone has any offers PM me.
This may not always be Carla writing...... will it be Andy??

Mark, quite a number of these items have been offered on E-bay just recently....

I don't wish to sound ungreatfull but a TT finishers award should at least have the recipients name on it.....

REGARDS,

1993, I was organising a benefit come auction night for Dave Saville who had been severely paralysed at that years Manx GP. I was cheeky & got the phone numbers of a lot of the GP riders & GP Factories of the day & they donated various items for the auction.
Out of the blue I received a package & inside was the Daytona Classic Race Winners Trophy from John Cronshaw. He had won it the week before riding a Team Obsolete MV Agusta.
There was a letter from John which said money couldn't buy that trophy but he wanted to donate it for the benefit of his good mate Dave Saville. That trophy meant a hell of a lot to John like your Trophies should to you.
