Arrived at Anglesey Thursday pm and set up camp. Got woken not long after going to bed by an increasing wind. Got so bad that we were taking the awning down at 2am ! Tent was blown flat and many people lost theirs Later found out that a wind speed of 107mph was recorded with steady speeds of 92mph recorded for periods of time too! Friday morning dawned and the place looked like a war zone The decision was taken to go ahead with the track sessions at 11am and thanks to ahuge effort by the circuit staff and members of the Trident & Rocket Three Owners Club the day went very well. We had 2 30 min track sessions but for us the second one lasted only 2 laps as we got a puncture! Saturday dawned much calmer and a more normal day was run and again we had 2 30 min sessions. The evening awards saw us win 'Best Sounding Triple' and we had the trophy presented by Gary Nixon What a weekend!
You can never tell with Anglesey. One hour it's horrendous, a couple of hours later it's the most beautiful Island in the North West of Wales

With any luck no! If the weather conditions had occurred at Cadwell we would have all been told to go home I am sure. Don't get me wrong I love Cadwell but the way they treated the TR3OC was simply awful. The circuit at Anglesey is amazing to ride and we really enjoyed it. The treatment we all had was brilliant and the circuit staff could not do enough to help.
