No you are right Ian. Spoke to John last Friday. He, Sadie and the kids now live in Sweden. This came about through Johns work and they love it out there.
John is now into his fitness having just competed in a 10k race. The outfit that was his shelbourne was an ex martin whittington 350 chassis that john and sadies dad les converted to take the 600 honda. John ditched the tech2000 shocks as they had no damping and his mate barry made the fairing. Hope this helps

I think I remember that outfit Kevin Hillidge rode it at Tonfanau a few times it had an unusual fairing & an aluminium swinging arm

kevin hillidge bought it off mike cookson in around 2002 i think and has still got it, im pretty sure its a shelbourne fairing, one of the early one's, kevin's still got the mould for the fairing aswell but hasnt raced for 3-4 years as far as i know.
