Why buy somebody else’s problems Ian, get Mike to build you a new one, probably a lot cheaper in the long run, rather than spending money getting it ‘put right/how you want it’ ! Not to mention the residual value when you come to sell it . . . you know it makes sense and after all, as they say “it’s only money” !!! I reckon we should spend it now while we can still get something for our ‘£ ‘ it will be worth nowt soon enough !
