Yes, the background is the wrong colour. I'd at least be asking for the 'tick' on the number 1 to be cut off too. The zero isn't really to ACU size either but I won't get too picky!

Permacel, then a division of Johnson & Johnson, used a rubber-based adhesive to help the tape resist water and a fabric backing to add strength. It was also used to repair military equipment quickly, including jeeps, firearms, and aircraft because of these properties.
It was also used by the medical corps as a quick fix patch up for wounds,
