Hi can anyone tell me what the licence requirements are for a passenger for other road races aside from the TT?

Got my national sorted for 2012 tt but looking to do some roads this year if possible.

PS - Southern 100 harder than TT in my opinion....At least from Iron Gate to Cross Fourways.
