Exit of Mountside Hairpin at Oliver's Mount. Unsure of the year but must be very early 80's.

It would be interesting to know if anyone has programmes from the meetings around this time to look up the entry list - I think '84 was the year which FII sidecars were first run at Scarborough, but there was only a small field of them. The larger capacity machines were banned there after 1981 (or thereabouts) after a series of incidents.

Im sure thats the chassis Roy calls" the tin chassis." It was origionaly built for a 3 cylinder Mercury boat engine ( was it ever raced with the Mercury in ? ) and re commissioned for the start of the Formula Two era.
