Green is the only colour but it has to look professional ........ If you want to get good sponsors then make it look the dogs nuts and not the dogs turd ...........

The red & blue are lighter than they look on the pic & full of pearl, so when the sun is out they will light up. Also I have yet to airbrush white over the flag to lift it.

Frankie66... Abuse???? why???? you have your opinion, so thats fine. I went to town on a KTM running in the BSB series not too long back & it brought him loads of attention. I also understand that F1's will be televised this year so we will have to wait & see.

Steve, it may look complicated & hard to repair, trust me.... it is not. The big difference will be made when the main colour is applied over the top of the artwork ;)

I am surprised no one has commented abut the make shift stands. I have stands for fairings, tanks etc, but never expected to get a slidey car through the door.

Spraying is not just a job, it's a way of life, it's an artistic expression.

Complicated, yes, hard to repair, yes, take ages to finish, but in twenty odd years time when someone posts a picture up on your hologram system, you will all say " I remember that one, it's the sidecar that Shelley got her sandwiches out on the tenth lap"!

Dont listen to Muldoon. What does he know anyway ;) It looks ok, but very complicated. It wont show up on the tv as well as mine did last year. Even if I say so myself, mine was the best paint job out there. No question.

Sorry, Alan, not Chas. (must log on as me when at home)

Thanks for that, Mr Bell. ;) It wont show up as well however fast it goes. What looks good up close (and im sure it will) is different to what looks good away on track. You wanted constructive, you got it.

Like I have said before ;) There are two colours yet to be applied, one of which will send back the artwork except for the union jack which will only have lacquer over the top. The only part which will not be lacquered is the front number board as it is Polyurethane aircraft paint & is very hard wearing.

All will be revealed soon & I think you may look at it a little differently 8-)

Looks like its gonna be a good piece of art and im liking the airbrushing, and skill thats gone into it, not sure if its gonna look right on an outfit racing around but will withhold judgment until we see the final finish 8-)

Girly comment coming up ;)

I think it looks mighty fine, I actually wouldn't care what it looks like whilst it's going around the track as it's all about watching the raaaaaaaaaacing but when it comes back in and people are wandering around the paddock this is the one they will stop and look at coz she sure is pretteeee ;)

And the latter means it should be good for sponsorship (even if it does spoil the look a bit) because people will want to come and have a look at the bike close up and that's when poeple will clock the sponsors details most
....your biggest weakness is to think you have none!
