Does anyone know anything of Martin Davenport? This is not for me, I don't know the gentleman myself but have been asked

Martin was an absolute flyer on a vintage Vincent outfit, he used to lap Mallory at an unbelievable pace in the late 70's. I don't know his whereabouts but I think he lived not too far from Mallory in his racing days that I recall.steve-e wrote:Does anyone know anything of Martin Davenport? Martin is, apparently, still around in Coventry (where he always was), so I am told by someone that would know.
Which is great, as I would love to see him again - the festival possibly??
