Tragic tragic news.....I have known Bill for over forty years and the sidecar paddock will be a much quieter place without you, words connot describe this tradgedy, thoughts are with your family and friends.

Very sad day for our sport . Bill was a true gent who probably helped everybody in the paddock at some stage over the years. Kevin was a lovely , quiet man who just loved sidecar racing . Condolances to their families and friends . RIP lads.

well what can you say that already hasnt,Bill you were a genuine gentleman and a fine example of a man dedicated in your sport, you supported the sport at all levels, club ,national and in Europe, and were always at the top of the game, a gentleman on and off the track, gutted .
Kevin, you was a quite man,who has also raced at all levels and another dedicated member of the sidecar family,Rest in peace both of you, condolences to everyone concerned
was a pleasure and an honor to have met, raced and been friends with both.
Bruce Moore and family.

Such a great loss!
I hope the TT organisers leave their place in the programme as a mark of respect.
i.e a 20 second gap between the outfits that would have been before and after them.

That just about sums it up Dave...
It's hard to know what to say when something like this happens...
I can't say I knew Bill - but almost certainly did meet at some time over the years.
I've known Kevin for must be close to 50 years - his family lived quite close to us when we were kids - and I raced against Kev when we both had 125 Yamaha's in the '70s.
I saw Kevin last friday just before he was about to head off to Liverpool - and spent the afternoon with his son on Sunday - doing a few jobs on the 125 Honda he races - and have to say - a real credit to Kevin - a nicer chap you couldn't wish to meet - I hope he & the rest of the family can survive this terrible loss.
RIP Bill & Kevin.
