Can't believe the news still! Kev rode with my Dad for a while in 87. Our thoughts are with both families and friends of Bill & Kev.

I didn’t know Bill, but he was clearly loved and respected by all who knew him. I had the pleasure to chat to Kevin a few times. What a lovely bloke and true gentleman, and a brilliant passenger. Their passing is a genuine loss to our sport.

Our condolences to both their families and loved one’s.

John

Sixth attempt over the last few days and still as lost for words, just so sad to lose two of the 'old school' through such tragic circumstances: our hearts & minds are with both Bill n Kevins family and friends. Drive on Driver!

Always sad news, I only met Bill at a handful of races, but it was clear to see how well respected he was.
Condolences to both sets of family and friends.

Devastated for their families. I didn't know Bill, although obviously knew how much he had contributed to sidecar racing over so many years.
I was particularly shocked by Kevin's death as he had stayed with us for a few days just a couple of weeks ago, and we had just caught up again in the paddock. My thoughts are with Kevin Jnr and Steve, who have lost a father who was so proud of them.
RIP Bill and Kevin.

So sad, may their families and friends wounds heal with time and may their sidecar colleagues and competitors fill their grid space with pride to have known them and for all who knew them in every walk of life hold dear their own fond memories.

Rest in peace both of you and keep each other company, always.

Kindest thoughts and prayers
