MCN
was no coverage at all of the sidecar race . I think its a bit disrespectful that they have not covered the TT maiden win of Andy Winkle with John Holden assisting and the great adventure that team past it had this year could have been a good read

Do you drive a ford?i work in fords engine plant...I drive a vauxhall

Re: MCN
I stopped buying the comic, when they didn't include a couple of lines that Steve Norbury had been killed, I emailed them and asked why, the answer they gave was, we include material that is reflective of our readers.
When did you last see anything about sidecars in MCN.

Never bought it since they got a marshal on the inside and slagged off IOMTTMA. Nice lot and I wouldn,t use it for any cage or animal.

Re: MCN
Not asking for a lot but sidecars could do with a bit of publicity for sponsors and getting people into sidecar racing

Totally agree Helen, it's just an advertising rag with the odd article on a road bike, by a second rate club racer, I bought it every week for more years than I care to remember, I said I would stop buying it when they stopped publishing racing results but old habits die hard, it took the tragic death of a friend to hit home just what a pile of sh*t it really is.

Just don't buy it..........simples.
I stopped years ago when they ceased reporting club results. Also once met one of the editors and that confirmed my opinion never to buy it again.

Re: MCN
I think MCN more or less appeals to the masses nowdays,ie trackdays, kneedown scenarios, advertising, roadtesing with a bit of top class mgp action, the up and coming club races/national races etc are catered for by BSN, but since that has gone monthly now it's like reading old moores almanack ( no offence Bruce ! )
it's out of date before you read it, is it a case of circulation or not being able to publish sooner because of deadlines, not knocking BSN just an observational view,at the end of the day it's the only paper that caters for national and clubbie racers. so whats the answer?
