Jerry Walker, sidecar passenger to Tassilo Gall at the 2011 Isle of Man TT Races, who was injured following the team’s accident at Sulby Bridge in the first sidecar Race on Saturday 4th June, has been transferred back home to continue his rehabilitation in a Dutch clinic near to where he lives.
Jerry and his partner Linda have been warned by his doctors that it is unlikely that he will walk again with the injuries he sustained. Unfortunately he only had basic insurance in place and as he was racing under a Belgian license he is not covered by the ACU’s insurance policy .
