It seems clear to me that Terry has built some great outfits. I think the point being made was the similarities between our MR Equipe Trident and Terry's latest bike and nothing more.

What is everyones problem. Yes Terry has been building bikes for a very long time and has built some lovely bikes. The point i was just making is that the current chassis he is building looks very similar to ours .

Please people I (Grant Tapsell) made the comment , and NOT Mike. Comments made by me our my opinion and not other peoples OK. Simples!!!!

Im not interested in all the rubbish :o
But I did build my first outfit in 1979 Dennis  I did it for my O level metalwork and technical drawing (which I passed)  It was a hub centre steered shaft drive outfit. My dad helped me a lot ;)
I have a lot of respect for Terry and passed a couple of hours chatting in my workshop a few weeks ago

They're certainly a lovely pair Mike. :o

What primary drives are you using, Pearson drives or belts?

Sorry about the messy thread Mike ;) I fell asleep last night after having been advised that this needed a look at and by the time I'd got back to it - too late to cut it up sensibly.
Apologies!

You could be making the thing yourself Ian and you would know what real frustration is. I bet you will be ready long before me.

Thinking about these belt drives. I hope Ian has ordered some spare belts, if supply takes this long and ones goes mid season he will be stuffed :o
