Only met Micky a few times and always was a gent. He was really helpful when Tom Pettman rode the Island with Alan May, he spent quite a bit of time talking things through and making sure he was up to speed so to speak.

I do have him to thank for the swansneck at Cadwell, he was explaining the lines etc when I first started and the gooseneck was always called the swansneck and still is to me.
