valeo starter for bmw

Unread post by shakey »

I have been told that a valeo starter would improve starting on my BM. Does anyone know from which vehicle would be compatable? Led to believe that poissibly from a Saxo?

I don't know about the Valeo starter but over here there is a guy who does a conversion using a readily Toyota item with an adapter, supposedly it spins it over faster than a stocker and draws less current, on ADVrider they also talk about using Nippon Denso

Whoever knew starter motors could be such an interesting discussion http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthre ... rter+motor

edit: found a link to the nippon denso http://motoelekt.com/zstarter.htm
