TT Prediction

Unread post by flexford »

I know there have been a few predictions earlier in the year for this year's TT, but now we have had a few British Champ rounds how do we think it will go?

My prediction is:

1st Tim Reeves/Dipash Chauhan
2nd Dave Molyneux/Patrick Farrance
3rd Conrad Harrison/ Mike Aylott
4th John Holden/Andy Winkle
5th Carl Fenwick/ Mark Sayers (possibly higher)
6th Ben Birchall/Tom Birchall
7th. Gary Bryan/Gary Partridge
8th Frank Lélias/Charlie Richardson
9th Doug Wright/Martin Hull
10th Dean Banks/James Stonier
11th Dave Atkinson/Phil Knapton (I would have put a bit higher but it is almost their first time)
12th Roy Hanks/Kevin Perry

......
....your biggest weakness is to think you have none!

Not that I'm biased in any way so I won't predict where I think Doug will finish. Moly should blitz it all things being equal, but the Island can play funny tricks.

Tim could surprise us all

Nick Crowe racing have prepared a very good bike, infact it's a missile.

It's shaping up to be a great TT. Let's hope the race is fast n furious, and they all stay safe.

TBH, once you have tasted the TT victory only two things will let you down , one is your machine and the second is your mind.

My top 5 for 2012 are ;

John Holden/Andy Winkle
Tim Reeves/Dipash Chauan
Ben Birchall /Tom Birchall
Conrad Harrison / Mike Aylot
Gary Bryan/Gary Partridge

I don't discount Dave Molly in any way but while he has been building houses these chaps have been sharpening their skills to make the competition even closer...

Regards

Moly can build houses right up to the first practice Fritz and still be competitive  Its going to be a great TT and it will be close, behind Moly and Patrick, if the motor is quick enough. Moly, Rob and Nick have been head and shoulders above anyone else since the 600 ere arrived. Someone else will join them in the future but they will have to ride the bike as hard as they did instead of just looking for more speed.
