He should be reimbursed for the ammunition he used

Enough said I would say
No need to involve expensive Courts

Anyone shooting at burglars should only be prosecuted if they miss for wasting ammo.

Re: Should the police prosecute?
Such a shame that he only managed to hit two of them!! If he
hadn't used his shotgun....I wonder what sort of torture they would have inflicted on the couple! Let's hope when they go to court, that it's a Judge that'll lock the four of them up for a good number of years.

Wow look at all those police vehicles around the cottage, bet you wouldn't get that many to investgate any other burglary. They might turn out next day & give you a crime number!

Re: Should the police prosecute?
Apparently the scrote who was injured by the shotgun was already out on licence from prison, who says that prison does not work?

It is true about the sidecar family - you can stop racing but you can never, ever leave!

Re: Should the police prosecute?
Then one idiot judge comes out with this in another case
"'I don’t think anybody would benefit from sending you to prison today. We’d all just feel a bit easier that a burglar had been taken off the streets.'

Surely people would benefit from feeling easier that he wasn't on the streets?!
