Dont look like driver error on the tv. Looks like they got leant on and that caused the spin.

In first photo theres a bike going in a slightly different dirction to the rest.

Leant on!!!!! We got hammered out the way.... There was sidecar wheel rubber 6 inches onto the undertray :o
