Do your scrutineers check every wheel you have, and between every race? I am surprised you have time to race.

Not at normal race meetings, but at the TT the bikes are checked every time they go out on circuit. They go through the scrutineering bay on their way to pitlane/collecting area.

So how about a TT race start delayed for 10 minutes to allow everyone to change tyres to cut slick/inters? All checked for rotation were they?

Absolutely. Before the decision is announced that there is a delay to change tyres we will have been informed and will be in parc ferme to oversee all the wheel changes.

Weve changed tyres on Glenclutchery road at least twice in the past, with no checks after. Mind you it was a bit in the past lol. At the TT the outfit cant be checked enough. There were always two aproaches to bike prep when we were there. We like most had the bike stripped to the bare chassis with engine a couple of hours after it had been out, even for a steady lap. Some didnt properly strip the bike at all. Either way a good check by the scrutineers is needed.
