A new season, but it appears most of the same old bums on seats! It is great to see some new faces joining us though - people like Vince Worthington - well having said that he's not really a new face - he was going round and round in circles before I started racing, and spookily pre-owned two of the outfits I had. So - welcome back Vince. A truly new face is Mike Cookson from Welshpool on the ex-Dick Hawes BMW. Also new to us is a certain NSU that I saw in production some two years ago, if not three, crafted by My Brian Grey.
And whilst we're talking about new machines - the Club is going to be paying closer attention to the Eligibility Certificates this coming season, so if your bike no longer looks like the certificate (not mentioning "the Pirate" No.94) or indeed you are in proud possession of a new outfit e.g. Mr Grey and David Johnson, please contact me to remedy the situation. The form is on the website - new certificates are £25 (it may say £20 on the form but this is wrong), replacements f.o.c. What a bargain. If you end up at Pembrey with no ACU licence you will need to contact the ACU to give you a letter to confirm it is in the system.
Not wishing to panic anyone but there is only twenty-one days before Sue Wale calls you out on track.

Hi Ian, That is a very impressive grid. The club goes from strength to strength. Great to see my old friend Mike Cookson joining us.
We too have a new Rod Bellas BMW that needs eligibility. How do we go about getting one before Pembrey ?
Also what colour backings and numbers do P2 use ?

Re: CRMC Pembrey 2014 Runners and Riders
To Whom It May Concern (including Ed)
750cc (Periods 1 and 2) as Mr Simper has already said - white numbers on red plates.
Period 3 - black numbers on white plates.
CRMC eligibility forms are available to download from the CRMC website. Photos required are:- two shots from the right hand side of the bike, fairing off, and one from the left hand side, this is assuming you have a left hand chair. If you have a right hand chair it is two from the left and one from the right. There - I seem to have made that as confusing as possible.
Please forward the completed form to me, together with photos, a stamped addressed envelope and a cheque made payable to the CRMC Ltd., for £25 for a new certificate. With 21 days, sorry 20 now, plenty of time!
Just a quick reminder - all bikes must be fitted with an undertray to absorb the imaginary oil the solo guys think we drop. No carbon fibre bodywork/seats , data logging or 3D mapping (throttle sensors etc) on Classic bikes.

Re: CRMC Pembrey 2014 Runners and Riders
Thanks Simon. Same as F2 then.
Funny that, I wonder if thats partially where the idea came from
14 P3's 11 750's for the first race of the season in Wales!!! thats yet another impressive turnout of outfits, i wonder with these numbers whether we could split the grids at say a small circuit like Lydden???
P.S. Bike looks great Eddy, looking forward to seeing it out on track at Pembrey
