Don't think he could drive at Tt with the New License regulations. You have to have a national for two years to get a mountain license. And it is not a national Riders one it has to be sidecar driver. I could drive my outfit before with no novice vest as I had a national riders licence. But now I have to wear bib as I am a novice driver.
