F350 / Post Classic at the AGM ?

Unread post by G JONES »

As I couldn't make it to the FSRA AGM - I'm wondering what was discussed and / or decided regarding the FSRA F350 / Post Classic classes ?
Was a vote taken on the Pre-injection class proposal ?
Any other (F350 / Post Classic) issues talked about ?

Just in case someone comes across this thread and doesn't realise it's being discussed in the main Sidecar Paddock, here's the thread (hopefully on the page where Pat says she's still working out the date logistics and will announce when she has firm news) viewtopic.php?f=3&t=52864&start=75

I spoke to Dave Tibles this morning and he hasn't posted anything as he's busy working days and evenings.

What he said was nothing had been decided at the AGM as someone else had suggested an alternative class to PI600 to run with the PC/F350 and this will be discussed at the next committee meeting in a week or two. Pat did mention on facebook what the alternative might be but I can't find it now. Pat, perhaps if you read this you can comment please.

Dave also said,

The preferred clubs have been approached about hosting the PC/F350's but not all had replied yet.

If/when a new class is agreed on, it will run as a separate championship to the PC/F350 but will be run on the same grids.

So, while it doesn't give anyone definite answers it shows things are being sorted.

Most people involved will have Dave's number so please give him a call if you need to discuss with him.

Hold up Pat, that's been up there a whole day and there's been no complaints. Something's amiss :P
